USO Transition Services
The USO Transition Team connects transitioning service members and their families with the resources they need. Whether you have plans to transition soon or simply want to start planning, the USO can help you answer, “What’s next?”
Here’s where we can help. We will sit down with you and have a one on one interview to help you figure out what to do next. Then we will create a plan to help you achieve that goal.
The USO Transition Team will connect transitioning service and family members and Veterans with specific resources within their communities, providing comprehensive support on their path forward from military service to civilian life.
Designed to help the young, single service member as well as the 25-year careerist with a family, the USO Transition Services is a roadmap to help navigate whatever transition journey lies ahead.
The USO Transition Team leverages resources across a unified network of public and private partners, for service members to have access in support across the following areas:
Employment, Education, Benefits, Family Programs, Housing, Wellness, Financial, Legal
When it comes to your Transition “You don’t know what you don’t know - we know what you don’t know”
