USO Pathfinder Program (Transition Services)

The USO Pathfinder Team connects transitioning service members, their families members, veterans and Military Spouses with the resources they need. Whether you have plans to transition soon or simply want to start planning, the USO can help you answer, “What’s next?”
Here’s where we can help. We will sit down with you and have a one on one interview to help you figure out what to do next. Then we will create an Action plan to help you achieve that goal.
The USO Pathfinder Team will connect transitioning service members, veterans and family members with specific resources within their communities, providing comprehensive support on their path forward from military service to civilian life.
The USO Pathfinder Team leverages resources across a unified network of public and private partners, for service members to have access in support across the following focus areas:
Employment, Education, Veterans Benefits, Family & Wellness, Housing, Financial Readiness, Legal and Volunteerism.
When it comes to your Transition “You don’t know what you don’t know - we know what you don’t know”
